Fine
Flute Bond (FFB) - Corrugated Gum Fine
flute bond (FFB) is partially hydrolyzed starches that are prepared
by roasting in the presence of different catalysts. They are also
available in chemical modified form also. This chemical and
mechanical reaction reduces the large molecule size into small
molecule with maintained viscosity.

Application Application
of FFB is in the fluting medium of paper box manufacturing. Take 125
lit, 150 lit, 175 lit, and 225 lit of the water respectively for the
1:5, 1:6, 1:7, and 1:9 ratio. According to the ratio need FFB is
added to the decided amount of water with fast stirring in the vertex
of the water till the paste is formed. For the FFB with the additive
the given small bag of additive with FFB is added to the vertex of
the water. For the one shot FFB, no need to add any chemical to the
slurry of it.
